Opportunities for Spiritual and Personal Growth
~ Adult Bible Study ~ Sunday Evening 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Small group study and discussion based on the Serendipity Study Bible (available at Sweet Spirits) and lead by Dan Tedder and Kathryn Scofield. Currently reading the Gospel of John. The group meets in the Conference Room. The class is open to all but was especially created for those who are unable to attend Sunday School due to choir or other commitments. Tuesday Morning 10 a.m. - 12 noon Beginning June 1 Through August 3 The Tuesday Morning Bible Study will be doing the Beth Moore study "A Woman's Heart" weekly, beginning Tuesday June 1st. Discover the parallels of the Tabernacle's building and your life as a chosen vessel of God. Taken primarily from the Book of Exodus, A Woman's Heart: God's Dwelling Place by Beth Moore will take you on a facinating journey into why God would choose to live in a wilderness tabernacle, made by human hands. This 10 week course has a workbook that is recommended but not mandatory. You can get a copy of "A Woman's Heart" as Sweet Spirit or on Amazon.com. Child care is provided. Tuesday Evening 7:00pm - 8:30 p.m. Adults enjoy open and free discussion with biblical scholarly input. Perfect for those who work during the day. Led by Jane Gibout in the Conference Room. Wednesday Morning 9:30 a.m. Adult group bible study with an in-depth study of scripture will recommence on August 18, 2010. This will be Led by Mother Elisa in the Conference Room. Brotherhood of St. Andrew : Alternating Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. Open to all men. An informal group that meets for breakfast and Bible Study.
