Seller information

We are inviting 140 sellers  which will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. To qualify, you must have 25 items or $75.00 minimum to consign. Maximum 150 items.  Sellers will receive 70% of the selling price with ALL items being reduced 30% on  Saturday.  A $5.00 administration fee will be deducted from your total to cover postage and advertising fees.

The deadline for requesting a seller number is Tuesday, January 29, 2013. 
No exceptions will be made.

Please Note: We will be strictly enforcing the use of our tags and tally sheets. 
Failure to do so will result in a $20.00 fee.

PLEASE NOTE:
NO adhesive labels, straight pins, paper clips or staples are allowed on clothing items. 
 
Drop off days:

Tuesday  February 5,  2013: 

4:00 pm-7:00 pm

Wednesday February 6,  2013: 

9:00 am-1:00 pm
4:00 pm- 6:00 pm

All items are welcomed on each day and time.

We are accepting gently used children's spring/summer (size 0-14), toys, baby equipment and furniture.

The following items will not be accepted:
Cribs
Stuffed Animals
Underwear
Maternity Clothing
Off Season Items

Items NOT being donated to charity must be picked up on Saturday, February 9, 2013  between the hours of 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm.

Volunteer for a 3-hour shift or pay additional $20 seller fee. 

 
Free childcare available  during your volunteer shift.  You must request childcare needs by Tuesday January 29, 2013. No exceptions will be made. If you do not request childcare, no childcare will be available to you during your volunteer shift. 

Volunteers shop early at pre-sale on Thursday February 7, 2013 from 5:00-7:00 pm.

If you shop the presale and fail to work your volunteer shift you will pay an additional $20.00 (total $40.00 fee).
