We are inviting 140 sellers which will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. To qualify, you must have 25 items or $75.00 minimum to consign. Maximum 150 items. Sellers will receive 70% of the selling price with ALL items being reduced 30% on Saturday. A $5.00 administration fee will be deducted from your total to cover postage and advertising fees.
The deadline for requesting a seller number is Tuesday, February 7, 2012.
No exceptions will be made.

Sellers: Download a Tally Sheet and a Tag Sheet (or Tag Generator for MS Excel users) and Seller Instructions
Please Note: We will be strictly enforcing the use of our tags and tally sheets.
Failure to do so will result in a $20.00 fee.
PLEASE NOTE:
NO adhesive labels, pins, paper clips or staples are allowed on clothing items.
Drop off days:
Tuesday February 14, 2012: 4:00 pm-7:00 pm Wednesday February 15, 2012: 9:00 am-1:00 pm 4:00 pm- 6:00 pm All items are welcomed on each day and time. We are accepting gently used children's spring/summer clothing (size 0-14), toys, baby equipment and furniture. The following items will not be accepted: Cribs

Underwear Maternity Clothing Off Season Items Items NOT being donated to charity must be picked up on Saturday, February 18, 2012 between the hours of 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm.
Volunteer for a 3-hour shift or pay additional $20 seller fee.

Please Note:
Free childcare available during your volunteer shift. You must request childcare needs by Tuesday, February 7, 2012. No exceptions will be made. If you do not request childcare, no childcare will be available to you during your volunteer shift. The Childcare Needs Shifts should be the same day and time as the Volunteer Shift you just signed up for above. Volunteers shop early at pre-sale on Thursday February 16, 2012 from 5:00-7:00 pm. If you shop the presale and fail to work your volunteer shift you will pay an additional $20.00 (total $40.00 fee). |
